This is a working foreman position that requires the skills and abilities to successfully lead a dirt or pipe crew.  Daily requirement include the following:

Positive multi-task attitude with strong organizational and communications skills

Understand civil drawings thoroughly to meet project plan specification and tolerances

Work with management to coordinate deliveries and project related subcontractors

Field set up and operation of GPS systems

Daily expectations include operating heavy equipment and occasional labor work

Provide daily production reports and provide “as-built” information as required

Must comply with company personal appearance, safety and PPE policies.

Competent Personal Training to ensure OSHA safety requirements are met and documented.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus but not required (we will train)
